Tried 4 different street tacos and a chips and queso. The tacos were very good, the queso was okay, but needed more heat and more temperature heat as well. Otherwise, would recommend as a good place to grab some lunch.

While the food was outstanding, and the prices very fair, the ambiance is not the reason to visit this restaurant. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and very helpful. We'll be back here for sure.

Sunday lunch is always the best! Food is always amazing and the crunchy beef tacos are better than you will find anywhere in town! Service is a little slow because this is a small business and the popularity is growing. Again! Crunchy beef tacos!!

Love this hole in the wall spot. Highly recommend their chicken & pastor tacos. They have a super spicy sauce that is soooo good. Easy to miss when you're driving but you wont regret going!

purely on the pastor burrito - great but a little greasy and salty. They put lettuce in their burritos so ask to take it out if that bothers you as much as it does me. Good little spot for late night cravings

Basing this on my food only. My husband gave it 5 stars becase he loved the chicken enchilladas. I had 1 pastor taco (best I ever had), 1 lengua taco (nothing special) and 1 bistek taco (no flavor and meat wasnt tender). Both the red and green sauces are spicy. Thank goodness they give you a pile of cucumbers with the tacos (which I thought was weird when I first saw it, but survived the burn by having them). There were only 2 other guests when we went on a Sunday for lunch. The food service was slow. The dining room was pretty basic with the napkin dispensers on the tables. The cheapy napkins like in a cheap diner. This was very affordable. Will go back based on my husband doing flips over his meal.

Great Spot next to the airport! I would drive by this taco spot after landing at the McKinney Airport and would wonder how the tacos are. When I asked some people at the airport they did not even let me finish in asking "how is that taco spot down the street?" They just said "it's so good, we go there all the time!" So I thought I would give it a try. And they were correct! I love local food spots, and ones with good tacos couldn't be better. I was shy in my ordering and just ordered 3 Carne Asada Tacos. When they came out I was perplexed at why they were red. I have never seen it cooked like that before. But I was hungry and took my 1st bite and I was impressed. It was very, very good. My tacos were made fresh so had to wait 5 or so minutes. If you land at McKinney Airport (TKI) and you are looking for food, ask the FBO to drive you over to Tacos Los Chanos and get some tacos! It's very convenient to the airport and is very good.
